Key Responsibilities
- Email Marketing:
- Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to engage our audience and promote our white-glove and e-commerce recycling programs.
- Lead in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Coordinate and execute marketing activities, including content creation and email marketing.
- Create multi-channel campaigns attracting new customers, keeping people informed and increasing engagement.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry-specific challenges and pain points.
- Support the maintenance of the CRM and provide call lists to supplement marketing efforts.
- Analyze campaign performance and use insights to optimize future email strategies.
- Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
- Create engaging and informative content that resonates with our audience and reflects our brand values.
- Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to maximize engagement and reach.
- Digital Advertising:
- Design and implement digital advertising campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Collaborate with owners and customer service team to create compelling ad copy and visuals that highlight our programs' benefits.
- YouTube and Video Content:
- Develop a YouTube content strategy that showcases our recycling process that engages viewers.
- Develop and maintain regulatory training videos to be showcased and marketed accordingly.
- Produce, edit, and publish high-quality videos using Apple products and platforms.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
- Provide regular reports and recommendations for improvements based on data analysis.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of digital content, including graphics, videos, and animations.
- Experience in video editing and photography.
- Excellent visual storytelling skills and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
