STARTING PAY: $25-31/Hr Overtime Hiring Bonus
JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for the direction of crew activities at a variety of Landscape Construction jobs.
- This position supervises a crew of typically 2-3 additional members.
- Jobs cover all aspects of Commercial Site Landscape Construction, including installation of plant and material, upgrades to existing Landscapes, and repairs of various features (irrigation, signage, etc.)
- Operation of various Landscape Construction equipment and machinery
- Working with our Project Managers to ensure on time, on budget, completion of project
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 5 years of Commercial Landscape Construction experience required
- At least 1 years of Landscape Construction Foreman experience required
- Valid driver license issued by the state where employed is required
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish strongly preferred but not required
- Ability to safely operate common commercial landscape equipment and tools, and to train others in their safe use
- Ability to motivate and lead Crew Members while working alongside them
- Strong commitment to high quality of work and customer service
- Use knowledge and training to create solutions for variables discovered during job
