JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for the direction of crew activities on a set maintenance route. This position supervises a crew of typically 2-3 additional members.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 3 years of commercial landscape experience required
- At least 1 years of landscape maintenance lead/foreman experience required
- Valid driver license issued by the state where employed is required
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish strongly preferred but not required
- Pesticide License issued by the state or ability to obtain within one year
- Ability to safely operate common commercial landscape equipment and tools, such as: mowers, backpack blowers, pruners, etc.
- Ability to motivate and lead Crew Members while working alongside them
- Strong commitment to high quality of work and customer service
- Use knowledge and training to create solutions for variables discovered during job
