Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing supplies and equipment, and addressing client needs to uphold our reputation for quality and reliability.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee cleaning operations to ensure all tasks are completed to client specifications and company standards.
- Train and deploy staff on the latest cleaning and repair technologies, ensuring proper use and safety compliance.
- Conduct regular site inspections, maintain checklists, and address recurring issues.
- Assign tasks, monitor work quality, and provide feedback to staff.
