Position Overview
The Part-Time Parts Delivery Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient distribution of parts between NMC locations, Customers, and Vendors in the Omaha metro area. We’re looking for a reliable driver who enjoys working as part of a team and providing high customer service.
- Drive a company vehicle to pick up and deliver parts from one point to another safely, timely, and efficiently. Load / unload and ensure proper load securement of parts. Follow all NMC and customer-specific safety policies and procedures.
- Sort and separate parts alongside warehouse personnel to ensure accurate distribution to various NMC branches. Load and unload parts utilizing a forklift or pallet jack.
- Contact internal / external customers for location to pick-up and / or drop-off parts.
- Inspect and report potential defects in the truck daily.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Possess a valid DOT medical card to meet the requirements for driving a company vehicle.
