position summary:
Responsible for the overall coordination of field operations and supervision of field personnel from the office.

Role and Responsibilities
1- Act as a liaison between Field Supervisors, Laboratory staff, and Clients
2- Receive Client orders, dispatch work to field staff, follow up on job progress and reports to Clients.
3- Send daily communication emails to the clients explaining all changes, delays, and any issues to the clients and to other coworkers.
4- Collect the information provided by Inspectors, communicate with the laboratory regarding analysis, and assemble a final report ready for publishing.
5- Dispatching field personnel, confirming quantities with terminal personnel, and ensuring that terminals have analytical certificates requested by the client.
6- Notify Operations Manager of any problems or issues that arise in a timely manner.
7- Send final confirmation reports to clients
8- Provide recommendations to Operations Manager regarding improvements to field operations and marketing.
9- Assist with field work as necessary.
10- Ensure that inspectors Equipment are maintained and calibrated.
11- Ensure that Safety Meetings conducted on monthly basis and maintain the records as appropriate.
12- Ensure that all operations are in compliance with NMK procedures.
13- Ensure that all field supplies are maintained.
14- Market the company services to its clients.
15- Covering Field inspection work when needed.
16- Provide training to all inspectors.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
1. Requires H.S. Degree with some basic math skills.
2. Must be dependable and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
3. Must be able to effectively communicate and maintain professional relationships with numerous loss control, terminal, and vessel employees
4. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
