Main Job Responsibilities:
- Foster new business partnerships between NNR USA offices and global network partners.
- Partner with the branch manager to develop strategies for expanding new business.
- Conduct targeted sales efforts with the head of sales for high-profile global accounts in specific territories.
- Maintain records of minimum 35 monthly sales calls to new and existing clients within the CRM system.
- Devote at least 70% of work time to direct sales calls and business operations.
- Enter all sales leads and routing orders into Vnext, achieving company standards.
- Sustain a monthly profit margin equal to three times annual salary.
- Regularly participate in scheduled sales meetings.
- Compile comprehensive sales reports within the CRM system.
- Maintain performance targets set in the sales manual.
