Main Tasks:
- Develop new business connections between NNR USA and global offices, partners, and agents.
- Collaborate with the branch manager to foster expansion of new business.
- Conduct targeted sales efforts with the head of sales for major global accounts in designated territories.
- Engage in minimum 35 monthly sales calls to both new and existing clients, recording interactions in the CRM.
- Commit 70% or more time to performing sales calls and other business-related activities remotely.
- Enter all leads and routing orders into Vnext while meeting corporate performance benchmarks.
- Maintain a profit margin equivalent to three times annual salary.
- Attend scheduled sales meetings.
- Produce detailed sales reports within the CRM system.
- Meet established sales goals as outlined in the sales manual.
