We are currently recruiting an Accounting Clerk to join our team.
The Opportunity

Duties and responsibilities
- Data entry of high volume parts and sublet invoices on a timely basis
- Issuing monthly payment to suppliers
- Receiving statements, and checking status of payment for listed, overdue invoices
- Reconciling and maintaining AP account
- Receiving payment from customers
- Note and resolve discrepancies in AR
- Assisting in other administrative duties if need
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education
- Minimum 2 years’ accounting experience
- Advanced knowledge of Quickbooks accounting software
- Excellent computer literacy in MS Office including advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated strength in time management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated team player
