What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mainframe Migration Engineering Expert position at No Limit Technology?
This is a remote position.
- Extensive subject matter expertise and team lead experience with IBM z / OS mainframe with experience in migration from 2.1 to 3.1
- z / 0S ZVM
- Related tools / products including LPAR configuration MQ Series (not a must have) DB2 COBOL JCL VSAM CICS and mainframe ISV software.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to stay focused on completing tasks and meeting goals within a fastpaced environment.
- Experience with various backup solutions and strategies.
- Ability to develop teach and mentor other members of the team.
- Strong timemanagement and prioritization skills.
- Ability to communicate applicable technical subject matter expertise to management and others.
