No Meat Factory is looking for production workers to join our team!
As a production worker, you will work closely with other team members to produce plant-based food products on a daily basis. This includes and is not limited to moving and transferring of raw material on the production floor, lifting 20-50 lbs on a regular basis and packaging and boxing food products.
General Job Duties
- Transferring raw material to production work stations.
- Operating production equipment and machinery.
- Packaging, boxing and moving of products.
- Assist with daily work station setup, takedown and cleanup.
- Cleaning, sanitizing and organizing work areas to ensure cleanliness.
- Comply with Food Safety and GMP requirements.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience working in food manufacturing considered an asset.
- Lifting of 20-50 lbs throughout the shift.
- Work in coolers and walk-in freezers.
- Basic reading, writing and math skills required.
- Adaptable, resourceful and a willingness to learn.

Core Working Hours:
- At least 40 hours per week with varying schedules depending on production.
- Availability for all shifts required.
- Shift 1 will start from 6 am to 8 am.
- Shift 2 will start from 2 pm to 4 pm.
- Schedules may change from time-to-time.
- Weekend work, overtime & statutory holiday hours may be required.
Working Conditions
- Long periods of standing, sitting and bending required for the role.
- Frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Will be exposed to a noisy and wet environment with varying temperatures.
- Allergens present – e.g. soy, wheat, etc.
- Required to wear PPE such as safety boots, hair nets, lab coats and more.
- No jewelry allowed on the production floor.

The compensation for this position in Stanwood, Washington starts at $18 per hour. The compensation depends on qualifications and experience. This position is eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, accrued paid time off plan annually, personal medical and parental leave, paid holidays, and family care benefits.
