Currently, We are looking to hire a Team Lead Caregiver in the Concord region. This is a full time position with a schedule of Monday through Friday 8am to 430pm.
You will be working directly with the Direct Care Coordinator of the Concord area to support the clients currently in need of assistance. As a team lead you will temporarily fill shifts with new clients until they are able to get consistent staffing, fill in shifts with current clients when their employee is out sick/on vacation, and train new employees 1:1 with clients. Must be flexible with change and willing to travel within an hour of the Concord area. Experience required and LNA preferred.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Caregiving: Assistance with activities of daily living (bathing/showering, hygiene, dressing, toileting, eating), housekeeping tasks, meal prep, medication reminders, transportation, errands, organization, ambulation/mobility, assistance with transfers (hoyer lift/stand pivot/gait belt), companionship and more.
- Follow a Care Plan: Care plans are created by the Direct Care Coordinator, clients, and other family members. Caregiver’s will be following the care plan to provide services and tasks for our clients.
- Training: Provide hands on training to new caregivers on client’s care plan and how to use CareSwitch app to clock in/out of shifts.
- Travel: Willing to travel up to 1 hour to clients, will be compensated for mileage.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- 2-3 years experience as a caregiver, LNA preferred
- Leadership experience
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation & auto insurance
- Technical Savviness
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good time management skills
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
