This is a 100% commission-based position ideal for someone with strong B2B sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building relationships. You’ll be helping communities stay clean, safe, and pet-friendly by offering a reliable solution to dog waste management.
Responsibilities:
Identify and target decision-makers in HOAs, apartment complexes, property management firms, and municipal offices
Conduct outreach via phone, email, networking, and in-person visits
Educate potential clients on the benefits of our pet waste removal services
Customize service plans and provide quotes based on property size and needs
Close deals and maintain long-term relationships
Report progress, leads, and closed deals weekly
Requirements:
Previous B2B or outside sales experience preferred
Self-motivated with strong time management and follow-up skills
Professional, friendly, and confident communication style
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Access to a reliable vehicle for client visits (as needed)
Passion for animals and interest in helping communities stay clean
Meet with management weekly
