**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards within various facilities.
**Duties:**
- Perform commercial cleaning tasks in accordance with established protocols
- Conduct duties such as trash removal, gutter cleaning, roof cleaning , siding cleaning, window cleaning and concrete cleanings
- Execute industrial cleaning procedures to ensure a safe environment
- Utilize techniques for concrete care and maintenance
- Assist with residential sealing tasks as needed
- Ensure proper cleaning and sanitization of all areas
**Skills:**
- Experience in commercial cleaning practices (preferred but not required)
- Proficiency in industrial cleaning methods (Preferred but not required)
- Knowledge of techniques for concrete care (Preferred but not required)
- Ability to perform custodial duties effectively
- Strong attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness
