What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Brand Manager, No7 In-Store position at No7 Beauty Company?
The In-Store Senior Brand Manager, No7 is a key role in the organization whose primary role is to manage brand strategies and programs in service of delivering the brand / s financial and health goals. The Sr Brand Manager will need to be a strong business partner to Commercial, Shopper, Merch, and Education along with Finance, Supply Chain, and matrixed colleagues in the UK, retailer media groups, and agency partners. The accountabilities of the In-Store Senior Brand Manager will be to drive brand recognition, customer loyalty, and sales growth while maintaining consistent brand messaging and quality standards.
- Partner with brand and cross-functional teams on the development of the brand's annual plans to deliver financial and brand goals
- Participate in the development of and be responsible for the delivery of the brand annual plan partnering with commercial (sales, shopper, merch, customer marketing, field / education) and supply, finance, and partner agencies
- Work with the Activation Director on the development of the marketing calendar and strategies for activating new product launches and existing products with our brick-and-mortar-focused retailers
- To be accountable for the planning execution of all components of the approved strategy and integrated brand plans including marketing and commercial levers (promo calendar, display activity, events & field activation
- Develop retailer media programs to drive sales and customer engagement while aligning with brand priorities and objectives
- Partner with Merch and Shopper teams to maintain consistent brand identity and messaging across all communication channels and touchpoints ensuring high-quality and flawless execution at point of sale
- Analyze the impact of tests or changes in merchandising, event, retailer media, and program mix to determine effectiveness
- Be a key contact for agency partners and develop agency briefings lead aspects of the creation and execution of programs
- Responsible for the development of marketing presentations and materials for internal and external usage
- Work closely with the customer marketing team to analyze the retail performance of marketing initiatives, competitive activity, and market trends to identify sales opportunities
- Generate regular reports to share insights and progress with the management team
- Oversee budget tracking for the No7 brand team with support from the brand coordinator
- Work with the Senior Brand Director to determine overall support levels by product strategic initiative
- Support pricing analysis / strategy
