Fusion, a division of NOA Brands, is a creative retail design studio with global manufacturing capabilities. We have the passion, expertise, and determination to advise our retail clients in designing retail spaces that optimize the visuality of their brand and the visibility of their products. Job Function / Purpose :
We are looking for a unique Account Executive with a background in visual merchandising, retail, and / or agency experience with fashion / lifestyle brands. The ideal candidate should be a high-energy, self-starter with a passion for winning and a proven track record delivering consistent sales results that rank in the top 10%. This sales professional will sell Fusion's portfolio of products, manage and expand existing accounts, as well as develop new prospects. You will be calling on those who are responsible for retail store visual merchandising, designing, planning, and procuring. As a savvy seller, you thrive being on the front lines, generating leads, prospecting, selling in a consultative manner, closing deals, and winning!
The perfect candidate will build strong, lasting relationships with their accounts. You will be their champion within Fusion making sure their needs & objectives are met with a "Do Whatever It Takes" attitude. The right candidate will possess extreme ownership around their success and the success of the business as well as having great character with high integrity and loves contributing and working in a team culture.
What you'll do
- Source new prospects and close new customers;
- Drive specific product revenue;
- Perform outbound prospecting & nurture inbound leads to generate new opportunities;
- Acquire and maintain a proven understanding of the complete capabilities of our product offerings and that of the competition;
- Convert customer problems into valuable sales solutions;
- Maintain an active pipeline of forecasted opportunities to meet quota objectives;
- Build, develop, lead, and execute a Sales Plan that serves as a success roadmap to help ensure expected results are delivered in a well-thought-out, directed manner;
- Handle, coordinate, collaborate, and work with various cross-functional groups within Fusion (Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Development, & Operations) to successfully manage the entire sales cycle; open to close

The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.
