What You’ll Do
We’re looking for a highly creative, versatile, and resourceful Multimedia Producer to support content across the board. You’ll be a strategist, storyteller, designer, and executor, bringing brand narratives to life across various mediums (video, animation, photography, print, and digital design).
From concept to completion, you’ll own the entire multimedia production process. This is an integral position that also plays a key role in shaping content strategy, working alongside art directors, creative directors, marketing directors, account managers, and our 3D design team.
Your Impact
- Develop engaging, on-brand multimedia content that drives influence, behavior change, and action.
- Manage end-to-end digital media production, from creative ideation and scripting to shooting, editing, and post-production.
- Produce a range of content from high-production brand storytelling to fast-turnaround social and catalog/lookbook visuals.
- Work with account leads to develop and manage scopes of work and budgets, from small one-off projects to larger campaigns.
- Successfully pitch new creative ideas to leadership for approval.
- Plan and execute multimedia shoots, including sourcing talent, scouting locations, and coordinating logistics.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in digital, video, photography, and animation, and actively advance skillset through training and other professional development
- Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiations.
- Support the brand beyond multimedia production as needed.
- Manage and deliver multiple projects on fast-paced timelines.
What It Takes to Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Media Production, or a related field.
- 4 years of hands-on experience in multimedia production, including studio and in-field work.
- Proficiency in managing multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and work within budgets – without breaking a sweat.
- A self-starter mindset – you don’t wait for instructions; you bring ideas to the table.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and collaborate cross-functionally with different teams.
- Strong storytelling instincts – you know how to make content compelling and visually engaging.
- Camera expertise, including the latest video and still photography technology.
- Multi-camera production experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects) and PowerPoint.
- Studio and field audio recording and sound production editing skills.
- Receptive to feedback – (no ego) you learn, adapt, and improve quickly both independently and with a team.
- Ability to present ideas with confidence, both internally and externally.
Bonus Points
- Agency experience in creative, branding, or interactive media.
- Canva and Figma experience.

The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.
