Job Overview
We are seeking two (2) dedicated Call Center Representatives who have exceptional communication and phone etiquette skills to join our team. This position will support our quickly growing receivership practice. The hired staff members will serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls and be responsible for providing basic information. Proficient with computer and Microsoft Office systems is preferred, however if you are not, we are willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Answer, screen and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Able to handle incoming calls at volume and remain effective and calm
- Follow phone etiquette guidelines and provide accurate information to callers in a timely manner
- Utilize computerized systems to enter data and maintain records
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and problem resolution
- Assist with basic office duties as needed, such as email
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer applications
- Solid written and verbal communication skill
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize task
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English is required; being fluent in Spanish is a plus
- Prior experience as customer service representative or receptionist is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
