The schedule for this Full-Time Awake Overnight position in our Level 4 Memory Care Unit is Friday - Monday, 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM. This shift requires the staff member to remain awake throughout the night, providing supervision, support, and care to residents as needed. Days off will be Tuesday - Thursday.

As a Full-Time Direct Support Professional, you'll:
- Compassionately provide assistance and supervision for all residents with personalized care and empathy.
- Ensure residents' safety by addressing their needs with respect and maintaining a secure environment
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, and using the bathroom
- Collaborate with a dedicated team to develop and implement individualized support plans.
Noah Homes Inc. is looking for candidates who:
- Hold a High School diploma (experience is a plus but not required).
- Possess empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to support individuals with disabilities.
- Are able to pass a Live scan and health screen.
- Hold a Driver's License with a clean record for more than 3 years.
- Are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic, rewarding environment.
