SCHEDULE : Full-Time, 4, 10-hour shifts, must be available between 6 : 45am-7 : 30pm M-F and 6 : 45am-5 : 30pm on Sat; shifts vary

We are looking for a motivated, outgoing individual to be the first point of contact for our clients as a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE. Dedicated to providing high-quality service and exceeding customer expectations in every interaction, your mission is to be the guide for our clients through the entire visit process. As a CSR you will be a loyal advocate for our clients, a creative problem-solver, and a collaborative team member. You will have the opportunity to continually improve our patient experience, working alongside team members passionate about the animals we serve and the families who love them.
