Job Overview
We are seeking a Cultivation Associate to join our team! The Cultivation Associate will be responsible for carrying out daily crop related duties such as: taking clones, filling pots, transplanting, trellising, de-leafing and skirting, harvest preparation, cleaning, sanitizing, and other job-related duties.
Hours: 7:00am - 4:00pm, Monday - Friday
Responsibilities
- Assist in all care for plant clone and harvest.
- Responsible for Mother plant maintenance, cloning, transplanting, nutrients and pH management, water management, positive airflow, temperature and humidity control, pest and disease control, IPM program implementation, plant transfer from veg to flowering.
- Apply foliar feeds and preventative and other sprays when directed by IPM.
- Scout rooms for pests/disease and document and follow proper documentation procedure.
- Stocking of cultivation supplies as needed
- Wash and sanitize all equipment. Scout all equipment, ensuring all tools are free of pests, viruses or disease.
- Ensure that all storage areas of the facility are kept clean and organized.
- Maintain and ensure proper storage and sanitation of all tools and equipment, including but not limited to vacs, pumps, hoses, carts, scissors, stools, totes, gloves, rags, and PPE gear.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

- Able to follow and adhere to a complex production and harvest schedule in a fast-paced environment.
- Show skills in analyzing potential problems with plant health or the product being processed.
- Ability to maintain a clear and organized work environment.
- Knowledge of growing techniques and industry technologies.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be legally eligible to work in California
- Must possess high school diploma or equivalent
- Cannabis plant and genetics knowledge
- Previous experience in cannabis cultivation; preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
