At Nobel Marketing, we are expanding rapidly after securing a major contract with AT&T and their Home Telecommunications division. As a result, we are looking for ambitious individuals ready to step into a management and sales-focused role and take on new challenges in the exciting world of business development, client management and customer acquisition.
As an Account Manager Trainee, you will be immersed in a hands-on client sales experience, gaining the skills necessary to successfully manage client accounts, lead business initiatives, and drive business growth. The core function of the Account Manager Trainee is to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and brand loyalty. As the Account Manager Trainee, your daily responsibilities include communicating with clients in a face-to-face setting, delivering engaging product presentations suited to the client’s needs, and ensuring a seamless sales experience for all new clientele.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering tailored business solutions
- Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to maximize revenue
- Manage and lead presentations, meetings, and proposals to secure new business opportunities
- Collaborate with the business development team to identify growth strategies and optimize sales performance
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to continuously improve sales results and business operations
- Take on increasing leadership responsibilities as you progress toward a full management role
