Position Overview
The Associate Marketing Manager provides marketing execution and operational support for all elements of the marketing plan to drive revenue and growth in the US and Canada. Key areas of responsibility are product portfolio support, commercialization of new product launches as well as media planning and email marketing.
Duties and responsibilities
- Develop annual advertising plan, placing media buys with traditional publications and supporting our digital agency on paid search and GDN ad campaigns.
- Support the marketing team on commercialization activities for product launches including managing launch assets through the review process, monitoring website updates, coordinating email campaigns and supporting launch communications with sales team.
- Support lead generation strategies to attract and nurture potential customers through email marketing campaigns, driving campaign planning and asset development.
- Support the product team with sustaining of sales support files, product documentation, and product assets for both Consumables and Equipment.
- Oversee the marketing and advertising budget, facilitating approvals, monitoring expenses, and ensuring adherence to budget, monthly.
- Review and edit collateral, digital assets, and support materials; ensuring that brand messaging is correct and consistent.
- Support development of video case studies and documentation of sales success stories.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to inform marketing strategies.
- Assist marketing manager with additional tasks, as needed.
Pay: $21 - $24 / hourly
Hours: 8am to 5pm
**Potential to earn bonuses monthly and quarterly**
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field, with five plus years of experience.
- Ability to manage work independently and effectively, consistently re-prioritizing a dynamic workload.
- Proven problem-solving abilities, exceptional project management skills, and initiative to drive projects forward.
- Outstanding written communication, editing and proofreading skills.
- Creative, resourceful, and collaborative nature.
- Experience with Account Engagement and Salesforce, a plus.
