The Role:
The Help Desk Support Specialist provides technical support and assistance to end-users, helping them resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and a customer service mindset. This role will report to the IT Manager. The Help Desk Support Specialist will work out of nobilia's North America’s midtown Miami office.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve help desk tickets in a timely manner
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
- Provide guidance and training to users on best practices
- Document issues and solutions in the ticketing system
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in a technical support role
Experience in troubleshooting computer issues (Windows) and peripherals In depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to maintain documentation in a proactively manner
