- Provide bilingual support when needed to assist diverse clientele.
- Other duties as needed
Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred; experience as a medical and dental receptionist is a plus.
- Strong customer service background with proven ability to manage client relationships effectively.
- Familiarity with office management practices and procedures.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and various office software applications.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
