What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Dietary Manager position at Nobis Rehabilitation Partners?
The Regional Dietary Manager is responsible for partnering with the Regional Dietitian to plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Dietary Departments at various facilities within the region, in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing our facility, to assure that quality nutritional services are provided daily and that the Dietary Departments are maintained in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner.

Responsibilities :
- Partnering with the Dietician to plan, develop, budget, organize, implement, evaluate, manage, and direct the Dietary Departments, its programs, and activities in accordance with patients care plans, guidelines, regulations, and safety standards at all assigned facilities.
- Ensure staffing, supplies, and equipment are satisfactorily maintained and all documentation filed in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma.
- Must possess Food Service Sanitation Manager Certification & CDM Certification. A bachelor’s degree may be substituted.
- Must have, as a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory capacity in a food service establishment, hospital, nursing care facility, or other related medical facility.
Desired Experience :
Inpatient rehabilitation hospital experience is a plus.
