Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain production equipment to ensure efficient and high-quality production
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with company standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and maintain a safe working environment
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- No prior experience or training required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in a variety of indoor conditions
