The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in commercial HVAC systems, with a strong focus on chill water systems, Direct Digital Controls (DDC), and advanced Rooftop Units (RTUs). This role demands exceptional diagnostic abilities, superior customer service skills, and proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities:
Installation and Maintenance:
- Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems, including chill water systems, DDC controls, and advanced RTUs, especially AAON units.
- Perform routine maintenance and system checks to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex HVAC issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Diagnostic Skills:
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to identify and rectify mechanical and electrical faults.
- Analyze system performance data to diagnose problems and recommend solutions.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to guide repair and installation processes.
System Management:
- Oversee and provide technical support to the operations and maintenance of commercial chill water systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and manufacturer guidelines.
- Program and adjust DDC controls to optimize system performance and energy efficiency
- Manage advanced RTUs, including troubleshooting and repair of control systems, compressors, and other critical components
Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and explaining technical issues in a clear and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Offer recommendations for system upgrades or replacements based on thorough assessments of client needs.
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of service performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.
- Complete and submit service reports and invoices in a timely manner.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) to document service activities and communicate effectively with team members and clients.
