Responsibilities:
- Oversee therapy services amongst multiple California facilities, ensuring the highest quality of care and compliance.
- Monitor and achieve performance metrics while maintaining resident-centered practices.
- Foster collaboration among facility DORs, therapists, and administrators.
- Be a resource for professional development, mentorship, and team-building.
- Support community outreach efforts and help facilities build strong relationships with their community partners.
- Empower and hold accountable the therapy staff with recruitment and retention efforts within their facilities.

Qualifications:
- Licensed PT, OT, SLP.
- Proven leadership experience in a rehabilitation or skilled nursing setting.
- Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.

- Previous multi-site experience in therapy services preferred.
