Responsibilities
The primary purpose of your job as Activity Director is in planning, implementation, and evaluation of recreational, social, intellectual, emotional and spiritual programs, in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors
This is a Skilled Nursing Facility and the program must meet the needs of each resident
Accurate documentation is required, as well as, interaction with our clinical team, residents, their families and volunteers
