Job Description:
As a Dishwasher at Noble Cellar, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen. Your attention to detail and commitment to sanitation will contribute to the overall success of our culinary operations. We are seeking individuals who are dependable and hardworking and have interests in the culinary arts. This is a great position for someone that wants to get their foot in the door of fine dining.
Responsibilities:
- Operate industrial dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment and tools are properly cleaned and maintained.
- Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area.
- Assist with kitchen organization and cleanliness, including disposal of trash and recycling.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth flow of operations.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Dishwasher or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Willingness to learn and take direction from the kitchen team.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
