What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Front Office Coordinator/Receptionist position at Noble Clinical Research, LLC?
We are seeking a Front Office Coordinator/Receptionist to join our team. We offer excellent quality of life (no expectation to work longer than 40 hours per week, reasonable hours of 8:45am to 4:30pm, etc., a rarity in the clinical research world), as well as competitive pay for a person with good energy and motivation.
Duties:
- Answer the phone as well as text messages and emails from patients and other doctors.
- Prepare charts, lab kits, and other things for research subjects.
- Assist with organizing the office
Strong phone, typing, and people skills are needed. Also, prospective hires will need to have or obtain a "GCP" (Good Clinical Practice) certificate. If you do not already have it (and you will not unless you have worked in medical research before), it may take a few hours of online training. A signing bonus of $750 will more than cover this. (The course itself is free).
