As the Business process owner, the Performance Improvement Senior Manager oversees critical processes aimed at driving continuous improvement, such as daily operations reporting and the knowledge-sharing process (lessons learned).

- Minimum 10 years of experience in management positions within the oil and gas exploration industry.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in offshore performance management.
- Proven track record of strong leadership skills, including team building, mentoring and performance management.
- Proficient in business administration and commercial activities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant data analysis software.
- Develop and implement strategies, standards, and KPIs to continuously optimize operational performance across the entire fleet. Translate company-wide strategic objectives into actionable performance targets.
- Monitor fleet performance, analyze data, and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management. Create and maintain transparency regarding performance across the organization.
- Lead and drive continuous improvement projects and initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights to identify areas for optimization and implement effective solutions.
- Develop and deliver performance enhancement services to customers, including workshops and performance leads. Support rig management and commercial functions in the sales and marketing of these services.
- Own and manage the lessons learned process and the performance data repository, ensuring effective knowledge sharing and data accessibility across the organization.
- Support commercial functions in tender processes and contractual negotiations, leveraging performance data to enhance competitiveness and secure favourable terms.
- Identify and drive standardization initiatives offshore where applicable to improve performance consistency and efficiency.
- Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing Operations Performance Team, ensuring adherence to company policies and fostering a culture aligned with company values. This includes direct supervision of Performance Improvement Specialists and Performance Leads.
- Contribute to the development and management of the Operations Performance budget.
- Ensure all internal and external reporting is accurate, timely, and compliant with established policies and procedures.
