The Credit Union is in search of an innovative and collaborative professional to lead the Credit Union’s Marketing department as the Vice President Marketing. This individual is responsible for developing and executing a strategic marketing vision that drives brand growth, member engagement, and business development. This role will oversee all aspects of marketing, including digital and traditional media, data-driven analytics, community outreach, and member experience strategies. As a key member of the senior leadership team, the VP Marketing collaborates cross-functionally to align marketing efforts with organizational goals, fosters a high-performing team, and ensures compliance with industry regulations while enhancing the credit union’s reputation and competitive position.
This individual will have a moral fiber, be confident, adaptable, intelligent and possess demonstrated leadership, excellent communication and listening skills, emotional intelligence, and a collaborative approach that embraces continued service excellence and self-improvement. They must have a proven track record of success, a passion for the industry and a Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or five to seven years’ related experience (marketing, communications and community relations) and/or training; or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
Base salary - $138,000-$230,000
