We are seeking dedicated Roustabouts to assist our drilling operations with basic maintenance on service equipment, cleaning and maintaining work locations to ensure safety and compliance and any other task necessary to complete a safe and successful shift.  You will be crucial in ensuring our operations run efficiently and our sites comply with both safety and environmental compliance. We're looking for hardworking individuals eager to perform clean and drift operations, washing, cleaning drilling rigs and supporting equipment. Other tasks throughout the workday will include but not be limited to hooking up and maintaining camp facilities, including sewer and water systems. There will be opportunity filling in on rig operations when required and providing support at other Noble divisions as needed.

Summary of Responsibilities

Roustabouts are expected to represent his/her self and Noble Drilling in a good manner. Roustabout's should always follow the correct chain of command and report all safety problems or violations immediately.

Primary Responsibilities (Not listed in relation to their priority)

1. Assist in setting up, maintaining, and securing oilfield equipment.

2. Perform routine inspections and general maintenance on rig equipment.

3. Keep rig, equipment and location tidy as directed by supervisor

4. Basic care and maintenance of rig, tools, equipment and trucks

5. Ensure strict compliance with safety procedures and environmental regulations.

6. Work under supervision and respond to requests from the site manager and crew members.

7. Support other crew members with various duties assigned as needed

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 0-1 years related experience.

• Must successfully complete Noble Drilling’s industry specific training and orientation

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Special Requirements

• 18 years or older

• Valid Driver’s License

• Average Shift: 12 hour work days

• Rotation: fourteen day on fourteen days off Travel Requirements Travel to rig location before tower begins.

Language Skills Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Mathematical Skills Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weigh measurement, volume, and distance. Reasoning Ability Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
