Noble Environmental is looking to add to its rapidly expanding customer service department, and is in search of experienced, reliable, and enthusiastic team members. Customer Service Representatives act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging concerns that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The target is to ensure excellent customer service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Handle and manage a high volume of incoming calls as it pertains to billing, customer inquiries, and business development.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Consistently provide accurate and complete information.
- Follow company protocols, procedures, guidelines, and policies as directed by leadership.
- Meet or exceed personal/customer service team performance targets, goals, and call handling quotas.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Carry out various administrative duties as assigned.
- Always remain polite, professional, and courteous.
- Reliable and consistent attendance and strong work ethic.
Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Customer service orientation and the ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers.
