Summary: Under limited supervision, participate in trade shows and community events to raise brand awareness and acquire new business. Lead Noble’s financial education program, helping individuals and groups gain valuable financial knowledge.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Actively participate in trade shows, community events, and outreach opportunities to promote Noble Credit Union’s offerings. Educate members and the community on the benefits of Noble Credit Union, helping increase brand awareness and attracting new business. Maintain relationships with community organizations and representatives to foster partnerships and promote educational programs.
Oversee the planning, development, and implementation of Noble’s financial education program. Stay informed on the latest finance trends, topics, and tools, integrating this knowledge into education sessions to ensure relevancy and up-to-date content. Create, develop, and present educational classes on a wide range of financial topics. Conduct educational sessions in various formats including live, virtual, recorded, and both short-form and long-form formats to accommodate diverse learning preferences.
Oversee the growth and promotion of Noble’s financial education program, identifying opportunities to enhance and expand offerings. Continuously assess the program’s effectiveness and explore ways to better meet the needs of our community members.
Maintain a strong understanding of Noble’s products and services, to accurately educate community members and potential customers.
Maintain the brochure inventory, ensuring all content is up-to-date, accurate, and reflective of current offerings. Work closely with the marketing team to ensure the content and branding of materials aligns with Noble’s message and goals.
Exercise awareness in regard to suspicious activity, money laundering or fraudulent behavior as it relates to cash transactions and overall transaction activity and document and any such behavior so SAR filings can be considered.
Ensure compliance with all safety, security, and compliance programs including but not limited to BSA, AML, OFAC, Branch Security and Safety.
Perform all other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Two-year college degree. Minimum three years’ experience creating and presenting content with regularity in group situations; or equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training; Must be able to host virtual meetings/webinars. Credit union or financial institution experience preferred. Spanish speaking preferred. Position may require working/attending events outside of normal business hours, including evenings and weekends.
Salary : $20 - $30
