Noble Financial Group is a financial services firm located in Wakefield, MA. We take a holistic approach to planning to give our clients the most appropriate service and recommendations to suit their unique needs. We realize that every aspect of our clients' financial well-being affects the big picture, and we work with them to achieve their short-term and long-term goals.


Our team is continuing to expand, and we are currently seeking a full-time Senior Financial Planner in our Wakefield, MA office location. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00 pm. Upon completion of training, there may be opportunity for hybrid-remote work if desired.


Duties:


  • Provide comprehensive financial planning services to clients, including retirement planning, investment management, tax planning, and estate planning.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis and research to develop personalized financial strategies for clients.
  • Work directly with staff on all questions and issues regarding case and suitability details.
  • Work with an existing team of clients with ongoing planning needs and portfolio updates.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their financial goals and objectives and provide tailored recommendations.
  • Assist clients in implementing financial plans and monitor progress towards goals.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in financial planning.


Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services, public accounting, or asset management.
  • Must have financial planning experience
  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation preferred.
  • Licenses: Series 63, Series 65 and/or Series 66, 7 preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in account management.
  • Strong knowledge of financial concepts and investment management principles.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills as well as a professional phone presence.
  • Strong time management skills with the capacity to prioritize business needs.
  • Familiarity with business technology tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, as well as the ability to quickly gain working knowledge of job-specific technology tools is a priority.
  • Solid attention to detail and innate organizational skills are required to successfully navigate a large volume of incoming information and maintaining integrity of sensitive client data.
  • Capability to remain professional in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work in a team environment with a positive attitude.
  • Experience with CRMs and financial planning software, including Advisor360, Redtail CRM, and eMoney.

Job Type: Full-time


Pay: $85,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
