Scope of Responsibilities: Direct involvement in Noble Health Services Clinical Management Programs and accreditation requirements.
Job Summary: Facilitate Clinical Management Programs in a call center environment across multiple disease states.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for clinical and operational support of Noble Health Services Clinical and Patient Management Programs
- Oversight of clinical decision making and accountability to the organization for those decisions
- Responsible for patient drug utilization reviews and analysis
- Responsible for adverse event reporting
- Responsible for assisting in the implementation of enhanced services programs
- Responsible for developing and presenting/scheduling educational programs for staff
- Responsible for providing clinical research services to support providers and patients
- Responsible for suggesting appropriate alternative therapies when warranted
- Responsible for keeping current with changes and trends in the industry
- Responsible for assisting to ensure that our clinical management program is compliant with the most current standards set by our accreditation bodies
- Responsible for Periodic consultation with practitioners in the field
- Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Educational Requirements:
- Doctor of Pharmacy from an accredited College of Pharmacy preferred
- Current unrestricted Pharmacist license in North Carolina and other states as required
Experience Preferred:
- Preferred: 1-2 Years of experience in a specialty/managed care setting
1-2 Years of practice in a traditional retail setting performing MTM’s
Job Skills Required:
- Strong Communication Skills, must be able to effectively communicate both on the phone and in group settings
- Clinical Research Skills must be able to use all available resources to answer questions posed
- Qualifications to perform clinical oversight for the services provided
- Post-graduate experience in patient care
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Strong Public Speaking skills
- Must be able to work independently
Compensation:
$65.00-65.86 per hour.
The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience, and education.
