What you will own: As a Behavior Technician, you'll deliver one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental needs. Under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you'll follow individualized behavior plans, offer parent coaching, and become a part of a care team that's committed to empowerment and growth.
Your afternoons will be meaningful-sessions typically take place between 3:00 PM and 7:30 PM, and weekend availability is a plus!
Skills you will bring to the table:
- Passion for working with children and helping them thrive
- High school diploma or GED required; college coursework in education, psychology, or healthcare is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience in babysitting, childcare, special education, day care, camp counseling, or pediatric care is a bonus
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
