Responsibilities:
- Provide Help Desk and Desktop Support for employees, addressing hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computers, printers, and other devices.
- Install, configure, and update software and operating systems.
- Respond to tickets in a timely manner to ensure effective IT Support.
- Assist with setting up workstations and maintaining IT inventory.
- Collaborate with the IT Support team to identify and resolve recurring issues.
Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of Information Technology principles and concepts.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in Technical Support or as an IT Technician is a plus but not required.
