ð What You'll Do
In collaboration with our Medical Director and Behavioral Health leadership, you'll be on the front lines of expanding access to life-changing care. Your role will include:
Providing direct, trauma-informed care to patients with substance use disorders
Performing assessments, managing treatment plans, and prescribing medication (Buprenorphine, Naltrexone)
Leading HIV/HEP C screenings and medical referrals for high-risk populations
Working with a compassionate, multidisciplinary team including mental health clinicians, peers, and care managers
Delivering education and advocacy for health, wellness, and prevention
Supporting patients every step of their recovery journey
ð¡ What You Bring
NYS Licensed NP NYSED certification
DATA 2000 waiver (X-waiver)
NYS Prescriptive Authority
Experience or interest in addiction medicine and behavioral health
Collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, and genuine empathy
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a big plus!
