POSITION: Community Liaison/Outside Sales/ Marketing full-time position
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Noble Hospice & Palliative care is a leading Hospice and Palliative care provider in the Central Valley & Bay Area for over 14 years. We are seeking a Community Liaison and Marketing Coordinator who will build and manage his/her own territory. This position is responsible for developing the territory by building relationships primarily with Physicians, Hospitals, Case Managers, Social Workers, Discharge Planners, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Senior Centers/ Board & Care, and Assisted Living.
This is an outside sales position requiring the individual to regularly work in the field, promoting, encouraging, and establishing utilization of hospice and palliative care services. He/she will develop business and deliver professional presentations to potential new and existing accounts with the goal of building and increasing referrals for hospice & Palliative care.
The successful candidate must be goal-oriented, possess a proven track record of sales success, and be a consistent performer.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Have a marketing plan and use it to maintain and increase the patient referral base.
- Educates and maintains communication with referral sources, patients, and families to ensure patient care satisfaction.
- Ability to work both independently and as a team player.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
- Work within Home Health, palliative, and Hospice policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with current and potential referral sources.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills and effectively interacts with members of the healthcare team
- 3 years Minimum Marketing experience in Hospice care Skilled health care or both
