To be successful as our new Banquet Supervisor you:
- Are eager to learn and take pride in your work.
- Are reliable, have a flexible mind-set and like to smile.
- Have prior administrative experience.
- Hospitality/banquet experience required.
- Ability to obtain any government required license or certificate, Food Handler’s Permit, TIPS Certification.
- Highly professional appearance and ability to maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance.
- CPR certification and/or First Aid training preferred.
- Must have knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette.
- Must have knowledge of proper table settings and service ware.
- Ability to perform all banquet staff’s essential functions.
