Noble House Hotels and Resorts owns, manages, or operates a portfolio of 20 luxury, independent hotels and resorts around the country and Mexico. We are seeking a Corporate Taskforce Director of Revenue Strategy that will be a part of our Corporate Sales Team.
We prefer for this role to be based in Kirkland, WA at our Corporate Office, however we are open for it to be remote in the following states: Washington, South Carolina, Nevada, Texas, Colorado, Louisiana, Virginia or Florida.

The Job:
The Corporate Taskforce Director of Revenue Strategy will lead departmental responsibilities for transition of new hotels. They will complete corporate assigned initiatives; assume day-to-day responsibilities of hotel oversight during periods of open positions. This will include but not limited to: Optimize the hotel's top line revenue by working closely with the leadership team to implement successful strategies. Monitor all distribution channels to ensure effective selling through inventory management, market mix and pricing. Communicates demand patterns to revenue team and assists with forecasting. Set strategies leading to increased market share.
Requirements
To be successful as the Corporate Taskforce Director of Revenue Strategy, you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Administration, Business, Statistics, Marketing, Finance or a relevant field of work preferred.
- Five years combined revenue management experience required in multiple markets and hotel and resort class.
- In-depth understanding of tools- spreadsheets, statistical methods for analyzing data.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to identify relevant data and use it to draw inferences with reference to impact on hotel’s revenues.
- Knowledge of hotel operations, including marketing plans, security and safety programs, personnel and labor relations, preparation of business plans, repairs, maintenance, budget forecasting, quality assurance programs, hospitality law, and long-range planning.
- Ability to use PMS, reservation and revenue management systems to forecast and implement optimal strategies.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences, such as effectively communicating with supervisors, coworkers, public etc.

Salary : $120,000 - $130,000
