The Role:
The General Manager (GM) is the primary strategic leader at the resort, responsible for all aspects of the operation. The GM represents the company with guests, clients, team members and owners. This position leads the team in the development and implementation of property-wide strategies with the objective of meeting or exceeding the expectations of our guests, team members and owners. The GM will drive the development of the team, create and maintain unique guest experiences and maximize financials.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- 8 years minimum experience as a General Manager or Resort Manager in an upscale environment
- Previous experience in a resort environment with seasonal business fluctuations preferable
- Outstanding leadership skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team
- 10 years of P&L responsibilities
