A day in the life...
The Human Resources Coordinator candidate is looking to work on a dynamic new HR team, can think critically & creatively about employee life-cycle decision impacts and bring the daily energy to the team to invigorate staff, while building a career in Human Resources. This role is responsible for supporting the HR team on administrative & culture initiatives, while also taking care of day-to-day concerns employees need help with.

A day in the life...
The Human Resources Coordinator candidate is looking to work on a dynamic new HR team, can think critically & creatively about employee life-cycle decision impacts and bring the daily energy to the team to invigorate staff, while building a career in Human Resources. This role is responsible for supporting the HR team on administrative & culture initiatives, while also taking care of day-to-day concerns employees need help with.
- First point of contact for general HR questions for employees and escalating as needed to the HR Leadership team.
- Tracking & sending employee e-documents, trainings, paperwork, etc.
- Generating & facilitating onboarding & offboarding kits for new hires and departures.
- Executing employee events & recognition programs.
- Posting and delisting open positions for the property.
- Have a drive to create welcoming first impressions.
- Give off a passion for creating engaging fun activities & events.
- Are super organized & understand how to be confidential.
- Can work independently on multiple projects.
- Are strong using MS office.
- worked with Applicant Tracking Systems or HR Information Systems (Paylocity preferred).
- get a kick from walking away from work at the end of the day with a clear desk and inbox.
