Kids Camp Manager

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position is generally responsible for organizing all aspects of OP Kids summer camps and overnights. Responsible for assisting in developing a training program for OP Kids Camp Counselors, scheduling staff, and guiding counselors on ideas and suggestions for the camps. They will be responsible for making sure the program has all the needed supplies and gear and will communicate with the OP Director on all pertinent program information. This position would have prior supervisory and leadership skills and have experience in an outdoor recreational setting.

As a Housekeeping Room Attendant at Snake River Sporting Club, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of member homes and guest rooms to the highest standards. Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge:
• Demonstrated experience leading a team
• Demonstrated experience in Outdoor Education/Recreation
• Demonstrated experience working with children of all ages.
• Ability to teach and lead various activities and games to individuals of all ages.
• Knowledge of proper and appropriate discipline techniques to use with children and teens.
• Knowledge of human behavior and performance, individual differences in ability, personality and interests, learning and motivation.
• Skills and Abilities:
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Resourcefulness, good judgment, and self-confidence.
• Excellent character, integrity, and adaptability.
• The desire and ability to work in a cooperative, team-oriented atmosphere.
• Education and Experience:
• Two to Four years of work-related skills, knowledge and experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR/First Aid training required (provided).
• Wilderness First Aid Certification preferred.
