POSITION SUMMARY: As a Night Auditor at the Snake River Sporting Club, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and accurate operation of nightly accounting procedures, as well as providing exceptional guest service during the overnight hours. Your attention to detail, financial acumen, and commitment to service excellence will contribute to maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction.

The property includes a private golf club, residences, and homes in a vacation rental pool. Covering nearly 1,000 acres, Snake River Sporting Club includes a world class golf course designed by Tom Weiskopf ranked second in the state, an equestrian center, first-rate fishing, and a working ranch, offering a unique combination of amenities and experiences.

The job involves working in close proximity with: Sylvan Lodge Guests, Homeowners, Club Members, and SRSC Managers/Supervisors.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS: Essential: Efficient computer skills, effective communication skills, organized with an ability to multi-task, and possesses an understating of business and sales principles applicable to the hospitality industry.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Financial Accountability and Administrative Duties
• Conduct nightly audits of all hotel transactions, including room charges, payments, and revenue from other outlet
• Reconcile daily financial transactions, including cash, credit card, and other payment methods, and prepare reports for management review
• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests during the overnight shift
• Complete administrative tasks
• Conduct routine inspections of hotel facilities and amenities
