Requirements
Work in paradise as a full time PBX Operator, your main role will be to assist the resort by transferring calls and keeping the departments organized each shift. The PBX Operator is an intricate position that works alongside every department in the resort. While maintaining our guest happiness is the most important, we are seeking employees that are always willing to go above and beyond for our internal team and help be the anchor that keeps the resort running smoothly each day. In this role, you must be able to communicate effectively using a PBX system with our guests and team members. Must be able to handle a high volume of calls, and from time to time stressful conversations.
